Bountiful was settled in 1847, which makes it one of the oldest communities in Utah, and it sits at the base of the Wasatch Range in south Davis County. Its neighborhoods climb the east bench, so many homes look west across the valley toward the Great Salt Lake.
The location is a big draw. Downtown Salt Lake City is a short drive south, I-15 and the Legacy Parkway give commuters two routes, and FrontRunner stops next door in Woods Cross. Rush hour through the narrow corridor into Salt Lake County can be slow, so it pays to test your commute.
